Caer aep Achim -

Tiefling wizard.
Tall statuesque man with strange and foreign face. He bears a short cropped beard and hides his horns beneath a turban (what type I leave it to you).
His skin is red. He sports a long fleshy tail that ends in a thick bone like shape, in winter tucked around his leg, preferably right. Where it seems like a whip.
By no means an imposing figure, just his clothes make him so.
He is currently in dreaded cold lands, and he disdains the winter and cold. So he wears thick furs around his neck, that are a part of his vest. Beneath which he has a short sleeved hemp tunic, that has a thick sash with several belts. One curved dagger hanging from his belt. Beneath all of that he wears a tight fitting long sleeved shirt.
His weapon of choice is a staff, and he feels a bit out of place in this foreign land of ice and snow.
He is a member of the secret order of Turnkeys that hunt down the infamous plane travelers that are named plane-walkers. So basically a secret police.

He specializes in divination magic, which helps him see things unseen, and foresees short glimpses of the future. This leaves him sometimes seeming snobbish, since listening to something he already knows could become tedious. Definitely mightier than thou a bit attitude, but very friendly and welcoming, and has a story for each occasion. Since he is a far traveler, his journeys seem unreal.

He is undead archer/necromancer. During his lifetime he was a high ranking noble, but his loved one cursed him for betraying her and choosing to sacrifice her to save his life but in the end he fell in battle and became undead. He used to command a squad of elite archers and now he is rising dead and using them as a fodder while he is picking his opponents one by one with a bow.

He is wearing lots of robs and rags to cover his rotting body and almost no armor at all to stay light and mobile. His bow is master crafted with lots of ornaments.
